I spent last week in Salt Lake City (I live in the Nashville area). I had a lot of fun teaching at BERNINA University. BU is a yearly convention hosted by BERNINA of America to introduce new products and train dealers on using the new products. It is also a great place for dealers to network with each other and see their BERNINA friends-a great mixture of work and fun!
BERNINA introduced two new PRO machines in 7 Series. The new PRO models are B 770 QE PRO and B 735 PRO. These machines join B 790 PRO for a total of three PRO models. These models share some great features such as the Pinpoint Laser and Combi Mode. They all have more stitch patterns than before, giving you more creative options for your projects. Here’s another new product: A new Big Book! The Big Book of Fashion Sewing is hot off the press and will be in BERNINA stores in the next few weeks. As the Big Books editor, I’ve been working on this one since late 2024 and it is all about sewing garments with your BERNINA machines. It is #9 in the Big Book Series, and I think it will be a popular one. With 220 pages full of garment making information and inspirational photos, this book is for both the beginner and the experienced seamstress.
