Hi All,
It’s been a couple of weeks since I posted. I’m on a deadline for a new BERNINA Big Book coming up and it gets a little crazy! I’ll let you know when it’s available. So today I have not one, but two, short videos for you.
#1 – Paper Piecing Tips
Paper piecing is great for tiny patchwork patterns or for very intricate ones. This video gives you a few tips, including a presser foot that makes it easy to follow the printed lines.
#2 – Batting Scraps
Don’t throw away your batting scraps! Here’s a quick easy way to rescue them and use them for future quilt projects.
Hope you enjoy these videos and Iook for more soon!
I’ve been doing this for years. Keep a collection of used batting and batting that has returned from the long arm quilter & prep it and save for when needed. I have enough that I believe I will never have to order batting again
Great – I hate to waste batting just because it is a small piece so I love this technique!
